The members of the Rella family were born with a passion for cooking and pleasure. Cooking spoons and aprons have been passed down from generation to generation for decades. While grandmother, Margherita, and mamma, Nadia, rely on down-to-earth South Tyrolean home cooking, son and hotel manager, Matteo, has recently been up-dating tried and tested recipes to suit contemporary tastes. While Matteo, a trained chef, cooked his way through several national houses and gained a lot of work experience, he finally met Andrea, who over the years, with a lot of hard work, skill, and dedication, became the head chef at Hotel Niblea.
