Booking conditions

In order to protect the holiday budget of young families, we offer attractive special conditions for children when staying in their parents' room:

• Children up to 3 pay only € 30.00 per day.
• Children from 3 to 8 receive a 50% reduction.
• Children from 9 to 11 receive a 30% reduction.
• Children and teenagers from 12 to 18 receive a 10% reduction.

For a third bed in the room categories Deluxe, Junior Suite, Family Room and Prestige you will receive a 10% discount.

For a reservation with breakfast, €20.00 per night will be deducted from the price indicated.

For single occupancy of a Comfort or Superior double room, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 75% on the room rate.

In order for us to definitively confirm your booking and prepare everything for your arrival, we ask you to send us a deposit. In the event of cancellation within 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Therefore, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- A cancellation of your stay up to 1 month prior to arrival is free.
- If the cancellation is communicated 30 to 14 days before arrival, we will retain the deposit.
- In case of cancellation less than 13 days prior to arrival we charge 80% of the total price, minus the deposit.
- Late arrival, early departure ore no show we charge the total price.

Please understand that we do not accept animals in our house to protect guests allergic to animal hair.
