Booking conditions

At a glance


Our rates are in euros, per person per night for a stay with half board.

Children’s rates:

In order to protect the holiday budget of young families, we offer attractive special conditions for children when staying in their parents' room:

  • Children up to 3 pay only €20.00 per day.
  • Children from 3 to 8 receive a 50% reduction.
  • Children from 9 to 11 receive a 30% reduction.
  • Children and teenagers from 12 to 18 receive a 10% reduction.

Extra bed:

For a third bed in the room categories Comfort, Superior, and Prestige you will receive a 10% discount.

Discount for bed and breakfast:

For a reservation with breakfast, €14.00 per night will be deducted from the price indicated.

Extra charges:

For single occupancy of a Comfort or Superior double room, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 75% on the room rate.

Booking confirmation:

In order for us to definitively confirm your booking and prepare everything for your arrival, we ask you to send us a deposit. In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable, so we recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.

Cancellation conditions:


Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival if you cannot travel due to Covid19 reasons.

Early departure when on winter holiday:
When presenting a doctor’s certificate with a PCR test issued by the ‘Covid-19 Test Center Val Gardena’ there will be a no-hassle reimbursement of the rates for the days you will not be able to use for guests who test positive for COVID-19 and their fellow travellers.

  • Cancellation of your stay up to one month before arrival is free of charge.
  • In case of cancellation 30 to 14 days before arrival, we keep the deposit.
  • For cancellations 13 days or fewer before arrival we charge 80% of the total price minus the deposit.
  • In case of late arrival, early departure, or unannounced no-show we charge 100% of the total price.


Please understand that we do not accept animals in our house to protect guests allergic to animal hair.
